We are all about kids at southside! Sunday mornings we offer nursery services and children’s church for elementary age kids. On Wednesday nights we have an elementary Bible study called Kids for Christ!

180 STUDENT MINISTRIES

180 is a group of middle and high school students doing life together while loving people and serving Jesus. We meet for Bible study on Wednesday nights at 5:30 for dinner and begin our program at 6:30.

Being plugged into a small group is an important part of your spiritual journey. We offer several different small groups that meet throughout the week, that will encourage you to grow deeper into your relationship with Jesus!

– Our Staff

Pastor Kelly has been the pastor at Southside since August of 1999! He is married to his lovely bride Audrey who is a native Wilmingtonian. They brought their adopted daughter Emmie home from Bulgaria when she was 13 on March 26, 2015. PK’s family has three West Highland Terriers: McAlister, Katie, and Oliver, as well as a cat named Libby. PK loves aviation, the outdoors, reading, hiking, jet skiing, the beach, teaching/preaching, anything made by Apple, and trying to enjoy the most out of life! PK also likes to surf and wants to learn to scuba dive. He has earned a B.S. from Campbell University, a Masters in Religious Education from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and a Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
