Study God's Word
Our desire to prioritize God's Word in our lives.
  • We believe the Word of God is foundational in the process of making disciples of Jesus Christ. We also hold firm to the truth that maturity in Christ is rooted in a knowledge and hunger for the Word of God. Therefore, we affirm that one of the principles of our church is the consistent study of God’s Word. We strive as a family to study God’s Word so that we may grow in knowledge and wisdom, but also have our hearts radically transformed daily by truth of the Word. See 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Psalm 119:105, Deuteronomy 11:18-23, Hebrews 4:12, Psalms 1:2, Colossians 3:16, Joshua 1:8.
Pray Diligently
Our Passion for Prayer
  • As a family of believers we hold firm to the truth that nothing of eternal significance will ever happen apart from prayer. Therefore to make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ we must pray. Prayer is a vital part of our identity as a church and is something that we have seen God work through in wonderful ways. Prayer works and is powerful. As we grow in our desire and commitment to prayer, we believe God will empower our people to make disciples and will help mature those whom already follow Jesus. We give all glory to God and by praying, recognize that we cannot achieve our mission without His help and faithfulness. See 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Colossians 4:2, Philippians 4:6, James 5:16, Acts 1:14, Matthew 6: 6-7.
Serve with the love of Christ
Our commitment to service locally and globally
  • The final principle we believe will help us accomplish our mission is serving with the love of Christ. Service is paramount in the Christian faith as it models the service and love of our Savior, whom came to serve and not to be served (Mark 10:45). We believe we are called to serve the kingdom of God by serving with Christ’s love in every aspect of our life from our homes, our communities, and even our world. We strive to serve with love and show the world what it means to be a follower of Jesus. By serving we believe it will helps us make disciples as well as mature ourselves. It is an expectation of our family to serve with the love of Christ.  See Mark 10:45, 1 Peter 4:10, Galatians 5:13, Matthew 28:19-20, Romans 12:11, Mark 9:35, John 12:26, Matthew 5:16, John 13.
